Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are granted a right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312 d, 355 BGB for orders placed using means of distance communication.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can revoke his contractual declaration within 2 weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is left before the deadline - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the information obligations in accordance with § 312 c Paragraph 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as the obligations according to § 312 e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item in a timely manner.

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if necessary, any benefits derived (e.g. interest). If the customer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, compensation may be required. This does not apply to the transfer of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to the inspection - as would have been possible in a shop. No compensation is to be paid for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item. Items ready for shipment must be returned at Sport Olzem’s risk. The customer must bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered or, if the price of the item is higher, the customer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return for the customer is free of charge. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the customer when he sends his cancellation declaration or the item, for Sport Olzem when he receives it. Packages returned freight forwarded cannot be accepted.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
General information
Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
If possible, please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.
Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
